Nature’s Sweet Relief for Coughs

Did you know that as little as 1 -2 teaspoons of honey can help ease and soothe the irritation caused by a cough? It’s true!

For centuries, honey has been used to help soothe cough, and research confirms this approach for children ages one and over.
