Honey Culinary Instruction Kit (Teaching Curriculum)
Having invested five years in a proactive culinary education program designed
to build awareness and intensify honey usage by chefs and culinarians, the
National Honey Board has experienced substantial gains in both culinary outreach
and the success of their honey education module. From certified culinary
schools to high school vocational programs, from Research Chefs to chef instructors,
the Honey Board has created an educational link that reaches every industry
niche.
The National Honey Board’s new culinary education module compacts a wealth of honey industry educational materials and applications into one convenient package. Presented in CD-ROM and DVD format, the module offers two levels of classroom teaching guides, one for beginning students and one for advanced, and two supplemental video presentations.
