Meyer Lemon-Orange Blossom Honey Vinaigrette
Directions
Whisk lemon juice, vinegar, thyme and Dijon together in a bowl. Add Honey and whisk thoroughly. Slowly add olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add lemon zest. Let rest for 1 hour before use.
