Located in the heart of Northern California's Wine Country, Gipson's Golden is a family-owned and operated producer of single-flower honeys. Strained only to remove large particles of wax and comb, our honey is unadulterated, undiluted, unheated and untreated to preserve the natural enzymes, nutrients, antioxidants and flavors for which single-flower honey is prized. Gipson's Golden honey is available in a wide variety of single-flower honeys such as Wildflower, Clover, Blackberry, Orange Blossom, Star Thistle and Sage.
