The Buffalo Bisons are a minor league baseball team based in Buffalo, New York which plays in the International League (IL). They are the Triple-A affiliate of the New York Mets.The current incarnation of the Bisons was founded in 1979, when Buffalo ownership interests purchased the Jersey City A’s of the Double-A Eastern League and moved the team to the city.
Stadium Info: Coca-Cola Field, home of the Triple-A Buffalo Bisons of the International League, is one of the largest parks in all of Minor League Baseball. The jewel of Downtown Buffalo continues to be the standard in the realm of sports stadiums. In 2011, the ballpark will feature the largest HD video board in all of minor league baseball.
