
Happy New Year
With holiday festivities wrapping up and the dreaded New Year’s resolutions following closely behind, it’s time to come up with an achievable goal for 2012. CNN reported that the number one New Year’s resolution is to lose weight. This may not come as a shock to most of you, but according to Goal Free Living, 38% of Americans make a resolution that involves weight.
According to this study, over a third of us are looking to improve our health, appearance, self confidence or some combination of these. This year, the National Honey Board wants to help and we have put together some recipes that will hopefully assist you with your goals.
Whether you’re looking to eat better, lose weight or just want to try something new, this website has something for everyone. We have showcased five of our favorite recipes below to help you get started.
