Honey: Associate Referee Jonathan W. White reports that no new studies have been initiated, and none are planned. There is still a need for procedures to identify country of origin of honey. Stable carbon isotope ratio analyses have been available in a successful U.S. Federal case against honey adulteration. Dr. White is preparing a review article on the 20 year use of stable carbon isotope ratio analyses of honey.
