Methyl anthranilate contents of 159 samples of Florida honey from 10 crop years are summarized: mean 2.79 0 - 5.04ppm. A highly significant relationship between methyl anthranilate and citrus pollen content is shown for 85 samples from 2 crop years in which both were studied. Sixty-three samples of “monofloral” Florida citrus honeys from 2 crops averaged 64% citrus pollen and 3.1 ppm methyl anthranilate.
