Methyl anthranilate contents of 159 samples of Florida honey from 10 crop years are summarized. For these samples, the average methyl anthranilate content was 2.79 ppm. A significant relationship between methyl anthranilate and citrus pollen content is shown for 85 samples from 2 crop years in which both were studied.
