Dear Margaret, Here is (I hope) the final version of the method 978.17. Most of the delay has been in dealing with the standards problem; I have discussed this with Dr. R. D. Vocke of NIST in Gaithersburg (301-975-4103). The writeup on standards follows his recommendations. I feel this is important since this version will be that in the 1995 Book of Methods. Two of the standards listed under “Determination” in the old version are no longer available.
