In response to Patent Office action of March 27, 1963, there is attached a self-explanatory Affidavit Under Rule 131 which is submitted for the purpose of removing the cited American Bee Journal publications as references against Claims 2 and 4-7. The last cited of these publications is obviously an improper reference inasmuch as its publication date of June 1962 is subsequent to the filing date of the instant application.
