Dear Roger: I am sending you the enclosed from Dr. Jonathan W. White, Associate Referee for Honey. There are currently two methods listed, 978.17) Com and Cane Products in Honey, and 991.41, C~4 Plant Sugars in Honey (copies enclosed) which are causing confusion because both are to detect addition of sugars to honey, but have different methods, in some parts are no longer correct.
