SUMMARY
By participating in the above course a considerable amount of useful information on modern trends of honey packing was obtained, especially on the packing of “processed” (finely-granulated) honey which
will be of value to U. S. packers. In addition to participating in general discussions on all subjects I gave 5 of the 17 lectures in the short course.
