Seeded Honey

YIELD: Makes about 18 fl oz

INGREDIENTS

1 3/4 cups - Honey

2 tablespoons - black sesame seeds, lightly toasted

1/4 cup - white sesame seeds, lightly toasted

2 tablespoons - poppy seeds

2 tablespoons - coriander seed, lightly toasted and crushed

1 teaspoon - shelled cardamom seeds, lightly toasted and crushed

1/4 cup - sunflower seeds, lightly toasted

DIRECTIONS

In a large bowl, combine the honey and the seeds, stir well. Store seeded honey at room temperature for up to 5 days.
