STRATEGIC PLAN
The Strategic Plan outlines the National Honey Board's mission, vision, purpose, and values. In addition, it will aid the Board in prioritizing programs to ensure they meet the stated goals, while also guiding the Board to allocate their resources in the most effective way possible and to add transparency to the decision-making process.
