Welcome to 2016. Have you made any resolutions for the new year? Maybe you want to go to bed earlier or spend more time with your family and friends. Perhaps this is the year that you travel the world, open your own business, learn to cook, or maybe even run a marathon. No matter your goal, we're here to support you with sweet honey tips, tricks, and delicious recipes.

Our 2015 Flavor of the Year designation offered us many opportunities to partner with great companies and individuals to bring new and exciting honey recipes to the general public. Last fall we were so excited to work with Registered Dietician Christy Wilson on five new power-packed honey recipes geared towards maintaining energy throughout the day. With 17 grams of carbohydrates and only 64 calories per tablespoon, honey is a great all-natural energy source that will fuel you as you work towards your goals.
