It seems like just yesterday I was talking about how busy my summer is—and now I'm halfway through all of my tournaments! You all know I love competing and taking my game to the next level and without the love and support from my family and friends, I couldn't make it through this hectic summer schedule. From international tournaments to events in my hometown, I've been all over! What's been keeping me going on the sand? My favorite all-natural energizer: honey

  • Honey Sticks: With my busy travel schedule, it's pretty tough to keep all of my liquids to 3 ounces and under! To get around this, I bring honey sticks in my bag to tournaments.   • Save Your Skin: I'm outside all day long. Dehydration is a constant battle not only during competitions, but for my skin as well. At the end of a tough tournament, there's nothing sweeter to me than relaxing back with my family and using a honey face mask. Honey brings moisture back into my skin after it's been parched out after hours in the sun. My favorite? This super simple Honey Oat Mask. You're just three ingredients away from soft skin!
