It’s that time of year again! Thanksgiving is only a few days away; can you believe it? We love this time of year because of what it represents – love, family, being thankful and counting our blessing, and, of course, joining together around a table full of delicious food.

The holidays are such a special time of year, and honey can really make your favorite holiday dishes shine. Not only is honey a delicious, all-natural sweetener, but it also serves a multitude of other functions in the kitchen. Wanting to try out a new cocktail recipe? Honey brings the perfect balance to complex flavors. Is baking your way to celebrate the holidays? Honey extends the shelf life of your favorite breads, cookies and cakes. And what’s the key to a juicy Thanksgiving turkey? You guessed it – it’s honey!
