Specialized in breeding and raising Northern queen bees. The apiary is run without the use of any chemicals or treatments for varroa mites or other bee diseases to aid in the selection of superior stock. As a result of managing healthy thriving colonies in a great environment for honey production ( Upper Valley region of NH and VT), wonderful varieties of honey are harvested annually. All honey is unheated (raw) and gravity filtered to separate out any large wax particles. Major nectar sources that make up the summer honey flow consist of basswood and clovers. Fall nectar sources being golden rod and Japanese knot weed.
