Summer Beez is a family owned and operated apiary. Our honey is collected by the bees in the small town of Berlin, MA. This area is known for it's numerous small farms and apple orchards. Thus, our honey is a unique mix of the floral flavors of central Massachussets. We extract our honey in small batches, so each bottling is truely a refection of the local flowers in bloom. Our family strives to provide the community with the highest quality local, raw honey. This ensures that the important pollens, enzymes, and nutrients are preserved within the honey. Our family maintains all of our own hives and extracts all of our own honey. Summer Beez is committed to safe, sustainable beekeeping practices that maintain bee health.
