Candied Yams

YIELD: 8 servings

INGREDIENTS

6 yams sliced and cooked
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
1-1/2 cups honey
1/8 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups water

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan and cook on medium-low heat until clear. Pour over cooked sweet potatoes and bake at 400°F until brown.
