INGREDIENTS
½ oz - honey
1 oz - lime juice
1 - egg white
ice
2 oz - rum añejo (old rum), *optional
DIRECTIONS
Place the honey, lime juice, rum, ice and egg white into a cocktail shaker and shake the mixture for eight seconds. Pour into a chilled glass and serve.
