mascarpone or cream cheese,
Honeycrisp apple (any varietal of apple will suffice),
Mix honey together with cheese until combined. Spread a thin layer on the flatbread and top with apple slices, pecan pieces, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon and an extra drizzle of honey, if desired.
