Honey Protein Recovery Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 cup - 1% milk

1 T - honey

1 scoop - chocolate protein powder

1 T - peanut butter

1 - small banana, peeled and frozen

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.

Serve and enjoy!
