Honeysuckle

YIELD: 1 Serving

INGREDIENTS

2 oz - light/silver or gold rum

1 oz - lime juice

1 oz - orange blossom honey syrup

1 part - orange twist, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

For orange blossom honey Syrup:

2 parts orange blossom honey
1 part HOT water

Combine. Stir until dissolved. Bottle and refrigerate.

For Drink Preparation:

Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
2. Top with ice and shake vigorously.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with orange twist.
