Ricotta-Strawberry Honey Spread

YIELD: Makes 4 – 6 servings


2 – 3 tablespoons honey plus more for drizzling
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Fresh strawberries sliced


Stir together ricotta, honey, and zest.

Serve with the bread and fresh strawberries and a drizzle of honey.
