Smoked Honey Syrup (recipe below)
2 (double shot)
16 fl. oz.
Combine Smoked Honey Syrup, espresso shots and cold milk in a shaker.
Top the shaker with ice.
Close the shaker and shake for 10 seconds.
Pour beverage into pint glass and top with more ice if needed.
Smoked Honey Syrup:
Combine smoked honey and water in a medium-size pot.
Place over medium-high heat and stir occasionally until the honey has been fully dissolved.
Cool down the syrup, bottle and set aside for service.
Fun Serving Tips:
For an adult version, try adding Kahlua, Bourbon and Cognac.
As a garnish, do a honey and coffee dusting on the rim of the glass.
