Shredded Honey Turkey Sliders

The big game is coming up and we’ve got the winning game day recipe! With four simple ingredients and minimal hands-on time, our Shredded Honey Turkey Sliders are ideal for your Super Bowl party. Honey helps you lock in the turkey’s natural juices for moist, tender meat. To ensure the best flavor, be sure to start your turkey the day before and let the ingredient meld in the refrigerator overnight.

Yield: 10 to 12 sliders


  • 1 - turkey breast
  • 1 package - dry Italian Dressing
  • 32 ounces - low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup - honey


Place ingredients in a slow cooker or crock pot.  Start on high for one hour.  Turn down to low and cook for at least another 6 to 8 hours. Remove turkey from broth and shred. Place in a shallow container with broth and cool quickly. Place in refrigerator overnight for flavors to meld. Place shredded turkey and broth back in crock pot or slow cooker and turn on low to reheat. Serve on slider buns. Serve lettuce leaves and tomato slices as condiments.  BBQ sauce or mayo are also great sides.
